PRESENT TO YOU OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS : |

We
shall send you the candidates as per your requirements.
However before we send you the candidate you shall
have to pay us Rs. 1000/-as an upfront charges.The
upfront charges is refundable if we are unable
to send you any candidates within a span of one
month from the receipt of upfront charges. |
| 2) |
The
final selection of the candidates will be done by
your company. |
| 3) |
After
a candidate is selected by your company the fees
payable to us shall be equivalent to 10% annual
gross salary (CTC) of the selected candidate.This
amount shall be payable to us immediately after
the selection.In other words gross salary means
the total expense the company incures on the employee.In
yourcase the fees. |
| 4) |
If
the candidates selected from our data bank leaves
your employment within three months
from the date of appointment we shall give you
a free replacement.
However if you terminate his services in the above
said three months we are not responsible for the
replacement. |
| 5) |
As
per the act passed by the Govt.a service tax will
be charged on the gross amount of every bill whenever
applicable. |
| 6) |
All
payment made to us are to be by a crossed cheque
drawn in favour of “ ELEGANT PLACEMENT
SERVICES “. |
